We visited a family friend and thought about eating here since we are in the area. Been hearing a lot about them so my sister suggested to try them. Just a heads up that they dont serve seafood pho. Its only beef or chicken meat. It was packed on a saturday late afternoon already but we got seated after like 15 mins wait since it is a huge place. The staff were nice and pleasant and attentive to every table. Service was fast and great. We will come back for more!!!

Been to their other location before in Story Road, San Jose and was very satisfied. This Cupertino location is huge with many tables for 4-6 people. Service is quick and server was very polite and thoughtful. He initially showed us to a table and thought the sun would be shining on us so he moved us to another table. Also when I was taking picture, he waited before putting down another dish. Food portions are huge. We should have ordered 2 dishes among 3 people. They ran out of fresh noodles so we had to settle for regular noodles, a little less chew than fresh but nonetheless delicious. The soup is not loaded with MSG, quite typical of Vietnamese soup. Beef and free range chicken are bought from reputable farms I learned - Harris Ranch and Stockton Farms. I share the same sentiment with the automatic 18% tax. We were three diners, a simple noodle soup dinner and chicken wings appy for almost $30 per person.

Large portions, quick service and a relatively good value. The cons are that for the grilled items like the pork vermicelli the meat seems to be cooked well in advance and thus is a bit dry and firm although it has good flavor. They showed pictures of the pork on skewers however it came out in a bowl. The Vietnamese vinaigrette they serve with the vermicelli is too thin and watery and needs more flavor. There was a boatload of vermicelli - too much for me! The spring rolls with shrimp and pork were very fresh and the peanut sauce had good flavor and not too sweet. The chicken egg roll needed a sauce and were a little too greasy although they had good flavor. The salt and pepper tofu was very tasty with barely cooked onion pieces that really ramped up the flavor. The tomato rice was really, really boring! The roasted chicken was flavorful and nice and crispy with an unexpected sweet topping. The fried sticky rice cake however was WAY too greasy. It was dripping in oil! Those that had the chicken pho and beef pho said they were good. For large parties the table setup is not great. They put us in the corner booth and tried to connect the two tables but it was wierdly shaped, too long and not conducive to conversation for those at the ends. If you want a fast Vietnamese meal this is the place to come.
